Dee Henderson Hake was born and raised in West Des Moines, Iowa and lived in Oklahoma, South Carolina, Washington DC, Utah, California, Wyoming and Arizona before making Delaware her home in 1988. She attended Iowa State and Arizona State Universities majoring in Elementary Education and spent more than 14 years in the restaurant industry as a hostess, food server, bartender and restaurant manager. Dee has dedicated herself to her real estate career since 1989, consistently being one of the top producing agents in Kent County and twice being recognized by her peers as the Kent County Association of Realtors Salesperson of the Year and by the Delaware Association of Realtors for the same honor. Dee is a single parent to daughters Sierra and Haley, and she enjoys reading, travel, photography, scrap booking, and spending time with her family and friends. Dee has served the Kent County Association of Realtors as Vice President, President-Elect, President and Past President and has also served as a Director on the Delaware Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Doreen Lucas has been a Realtor since 1992 and specializes in listing residential re-sales. She takes pride in the fact that most of the Team’s business is generated through referrals from satisfied clients. To ensure that they are always surpassing their client’s expectations, they offer a Team of professionals who work together and are devoted to ensuring every transaction goes smoothly. Doreen is consistently taking classes on technology and marketing to improve and fine-tune her listing skills to better serve her clients. She is a Delaware native and attended the Caesar Rodney School District and Delaware Technical and Community College. She is married to AC Lucas; who is employed by Coastal Brewing Company and is a PGA pro. Kimberly Rivera was born and raised in Kent County, Delaware. She is the oldest daughter of Doreen Lucas, co-owner of Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware and Dee & Doreen’s Team. Having spent most of her life immersed in the real estate industry, some would say real estate is in her blood. She graduated from Caesar Rodney High School and attended Cecil Community College in Maryland, majoring in Professional Photography and Design. After moving back to Delaware, Kimberly opened up her own photography business and worked for Dee & Doreen’s Team as the Marketing and Listing Manager while obtaining her real estate license.
Kimberly constantly pursues education, taking leadership and training classes at every opportunity and has become extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her real estate career. Her determination to succeed along with her focus on customer service have allowed Kimberly to become one of the top producing agents in Kent County.
Kimberly is married to fellow Team Member, Alex Rivera, and they have two children.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys rock climbing, paint ball, traveling, adventure sports, and spending time with family and friends.

After serving in the Untied States Air Force for five years, Alex Rivera decided to pursue a career in real estate and joined Dee and Doreen’s Team in 2004. Throughout his young career, Alex received numerous awards including "Top Listing and Top Selling Real Estate Consultant". In 2008, he was recognized nationally as one of RISMEDIA’s "Top 50 Realtors on the Rise"; an honor bestowed by the editors of RIS Media’s Real Estate magazine. Alex has served as a member of the Keller Williams' Associate Leadership Council (ALC); the office's top 20% of productive agents who help with the company’s financial and business decisions. Being active in the community and supporting causes he believes in are important to Alex and he has also served as the Chair of the Keller Williams Culture Committee and KW Cares Committee; the company’s Social and Fund raising committees as well as being a member of the Habitat for Humanity Committee. Alex is currently the Buyer’s Specialist for Dee and Doreen’s Team. He specializes in new construction, residential resale, land, bank-owned properties and foreclosures. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly, also a member of Dee and Doreen's Team, and their two children.
