Dee Hake DeMolen was born and raised in West Des Moines, Iowa and lived in Oklahoma, South Carolina, Washington DC, Utah, California, Wyoming and Arizona before making Delaware her home in 1988.

She attended Iowa State and Arizona State Universities majoring in Elementary Education and spent more than 14 years in the restaurant industry as a hostess, food server, bartender and restaurant manager.

Dee has dedicated herself to her real estate career since 1989, consistently being one of the top producing agents in Kent County and twice being recognized by her peers as the Kent County Association of Realtors Salesperson of the Year and by the Delaware Association of Realtors for the same honor.

Dee is a single parent to daughters Sierra and Haley, and she enjoys reading, travel, photography, scrap booking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dee has served the Kent County Association of Realtors as Vice President, President-Elect, President and Past President and has also served as a Director on the Delaware Association of Realtors Board of Directors.

She is currently the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware and Keller Williams Realty at the Beach.

Doreen is a Delaware native and was raised with two brothers and two sisters by her father, a retired truck driver and mechanic (who more recently took up farming) and her mother, a housewife who manages her husband's businesses.

Doreen attended the Caesar Rodney School District and Delaware Technical and Community College.

She learned at an early age what it took to run a successful business: hard work, strong ethics, an ability to stand up for what you believe in and the conviction to not go back on your word.

Doreen and her husband, AC- an avid golfer and self taught web designer, hope to pass these traits on to their three children; Christopher, Kimberly, who is a Realtor for Dee & Doreen's Team; and Kelly, who attends Middle School and to her grandson, Jonathon.

She enjoys traveling, puzzles, knitting, crocheting, scrap booking, collecting Longaberger Baskets, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Kimberly was born and raised in Kent County Delaware. She is the oldest daughter of Doreen and AC Lucas and has spent much of her life surrounded by the real estate industry.

After graduating from Caesar Rodney High School, Kimberly attended Cecil County Community College in Maryland majoring in Professional Photography. Over the years, Kimberly had the opportunity to work for her mother in the real estate industry and took on the role of Listing Coordinator and Marketing Manager for Dee & Doreen's Team in January of 2003.

Her responsibilities there included managing all of the advertising, marketing and listing paperwork, updating the website and taking all of the photos and virtual tours.

Kimberly obtained her real estate license in 2006 while serving as the Team Manager for Dee & Doreen's Team. Kimberly specializes in residential resale, new construction and relocations.

She constantly pursues education, taking leadership and training classes at every opportunity and has become extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her real estate career.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading and running Focus Photography.

Alex was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, graduated from Kolby Cathedral High school and then joined the United States Air Force where he honorably served his country for five years.

Throughout his military career, Alex received numerous awards and decorations for his outstanding dedication and commitment.

Alex is a go-getter who strives for excellence in all he does. He has been licensed since 2004 and quickly became a top producing Realtor, being named the top listing and Selling Agent for Dee & Doreen's Team in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

RIS Media recently recognized Alex as a “Realtor on the Rise” for his leadership, customer service and community involvement.

Alex is a single father to his two beautiful daughters Taliyah and Tatianna. In his free time, Alex enjoys carpentry, martial arts and riding motorcycles.

Born and Raised in Delaware, Matthew Harvath attended schools throughout the Caesar Rodney District. While at CR High School, Matthew took Drafting and Architectural Design Classes, was active in his class activities, and was a member of the Thespians. After graduation, Matthew attended Delaware Technical Community College specializing in Marketing and Management Classes.

Matthew is the Listing, Marketing and Advertising & Closing Coordinator for Dee & Doreen's Team. He manages all of the team listings, takes photos and prepares the visual tours, installs the signs and lock boxes, designs the home Feature Booklets, manages the advertising in popular publications such as The Dover Post, The Open Door and The Real Estate Book, and handles the details of the team’s closings. Matthew also maintains the Team’s website. In general, Matthew makes sure the Team has what it needs to run smoothly.

In addition to the numerous roles he fills on the Team, Matthew is also a Licensed Realtor.
